    Eternia + BEATMINERZ At Last!!?

"The 'Street Scriptures' is one of my best albums too date! It is right up there with my GangStarr records, and a classic. The album was our first release on 7 Grand Records. The sound and scope of the 'Street Scriptures' is very futuristic, and innovative. I also am very proud of the single ' Hood Dreamin' and the music video. This is a great album and any real Hip-Hop head will find something on this album that they will enjoy if not the whole album. The features are outstanding. So here it is for you and yours 'Version 7.0: The Street Scriptures'. " says Guru

Eternia - Get Caught Up Mixtape

In a industry starved for more legitimate female emcees (Jean, where you at?), Eternia is a breath of fresh air. She's on a long list of talented female emcees who haven't received the recognition they deserve. If you're not familiar with Eternia, Get Caught Up, with this mixtape presented by 2dopeboyz and Kevin Nottingham. Here's a message from Eternia: "These are not ‘pop’ songs. These are not video singles. These are not Top 10 hits. This is the heart and soul of why I do what I do when I do it. This is a personal offering. It’s my huge THANK YOU to all of the people who have supported the Eternia & MoSS: 'ROAD TO RELEASE' video episodes online over the last 6 months. I hand-picked these songs from the past decade, b/c I felt they are overlooked, they are the most personal to my life, and they reveal my growth as an artist." Follow me after the jump for the download link and tracklisting.
    ETERNIA LIVE ON AIR TONIGHT!

If you havn't already Got Caught Up... scroll down & tune in tonight @ 11pm for the exclusive DROPPIN' DIMES interview to find out!!

    Message From Eternia:

I get a lot of questions from my family, friends and fans about the “411: Because I am A Girl” school tour. I figured instead of trying to explain what I do, as a Hip Hop artist, at these schools. I would show you.

I am blessed to tour with a wonderful family of inspiring ladies: Nana (who is shown hyping me up in these clips, but she hosts the entire show!), Hip Hop artist Masia One,and the founder of The 411 Initiative for Change & these school tour programs, Tamara Dawit. We even have our very own DJ – Kyle – who, besides tour managing, driving, doing our sound, and generally doing everything else, also reps “Because I Am A Girl” proudly. :-D

A special shout out goes to the students of all the Ontario schools featured in this video: Marymount Academy in Sudbury, Brechin P.S. in Brechin, Cathy Wever in Hamilton, Assumption in St. Thomas, and Sioux Mountain in Sioux Lookout.
